Further assistanceOf course, if none of these solve your problem, please fill out a Help form ›› + CANCELING rebills
Cancelling rebills is done at the billing provider's website. We have used 3 companies to process our billing, so you need to identify which one you joined with. Your Welcome email will tell you, but if you no longer have that, you can use the Lost Password tool to find out. You CANNOT cancel rebills by emailing us. The final step in the process of cancelling your rebills is to receive an email, confirming the cancel. If you don't receive this email, you may not have finished the process and you should check your junk mail folder, visit the billing company's page to check they have your correct email address, and if none of that works, use a Support form for help.
To identify who is your billing provider, please read on to the next section. Once you know your billing provider, proceed to their web site to cancel rebills. + Changing my details (credit card info, email address, password)
You may change some of your account details by visiting the website of your billing Provider. Which details can be changed depends on the provider.

Your Username is reserved for you even after your account expires. If you have an expired account you can retain your Favourites and Preferences, as well as your Username, by ticking the 'returning customer' box on the Join page (it is on the first or second page). You will be asked to enter your old username and password. If you don't remember these, use the Lost Password tool (on the Login screen) to have them emailed to you.
+ How to download the movies
Use the preview window to watch the movie in real time, but if you like it, download a better quality version using the text links under the video.
Don't click the download links in the conventional way (left click) as that will start your media player, which will attempt to stream the videos, but they are generally too large to stream and may stall your browser. You should instead download them to your hard drive as follows: Windows: Right-click the link of the file you want and choose 'save target as ' or 'save link as'. Navigate to the folder where you want to save it, and click 'Save ' Mac: Option + Click will immediately download the file to your default HDD downloads location. Command (control) + click will open a menu where you can select 'download linked file' to put it in your preferred location for downloads. You can now play back the movie as many times as you wish. + Using Portable Media Devices
+ Getting the videos to play properly
+ Understanding the video formats and which to use
We provide videos in various formats for your convenience. Up to May 2009 we provided WMV and Quicktime formats in 2 sizes each, for Windows and Mac users respectively. From May 2009 we upgraded to High Definition equipment and switched to providing MP4 instead of Quicktime. Videos are now in Widescreen at increased bitrates for higher quality, though some videos may still be released in the old 4:3 ratio as we publish material shot before the changeover. MP4 versions use h264 encoding for the best possible quality with minimal download times. The Hi-Def videos require a relatively fast processor and may not play smoothly on older or budget computers. If they don't play smoothly, just download a lower resolution version instead.
Your choice of format depends on the quality of your internet connection, the kind of device you're using (computer, handheld, I-phone etc.), the media player you're using, and perhaps constraints of your operating system. All formats can be downloaded and kept on your hard drive except the Flash previews. We recommend you use the MP4 files as their quality is the best. If you're using Windows, we suggest you get the free VLC player linked above. During installation, we recommend you don't take the free toolbar, and that you consider whether you want VLC to play all your other media file types as well. You have the option to set those file associations. Please note that Mozilla browsers (eg Firefox) aren't compatible with Windows Media Player for paysites. You should use a different browser, or a different media player (we recommend VLC player). FLASH videos: These play in the built-in video players on the site, and are provided for preview purposes, as their quality is not as good as the downloadable files. The advantage of Flash is that it will stream in real time. Use these to check out a video, and if you like it, download the format that best fits your needs. If you can't see a video player window at the top of the centre column of the site, you should download and install the Flash plugin here. Studio: Filmed in the IFM studio where conditions are perfect for ladies to relax and indulge themselves, while multiple camera angles and sensitive microphones capture every detail. The ladies are alone while they masturbate in the studio the way they want - unscripted and undirected. (Like all IFM movies.)
Home Made: Filmed in the lady's own home, usually, where she's comfortable and accustomed to pleasuring herself. We use the same professional equipment as in the Studio so you're assured of extremely high quality. Some Home Made videos are submitted by girls in remote places, usually filmed on a High Def handycam, so the quality is still very good but there's only one angle; becuase they have the flexibility of filming in their own time when they are most ready for a powerful climax, these are often very visceral and intense videos. Fantasy and Adventure: Orgasms don't just happen at home! Many girls like to masturbate in nature, in the workplace, abandoned spaces etc. We work with them to film new situations they've fantasized about, or places where they already masturbate. We haul our pro gear out on location but when it comes time to get down to it, we leave them alone to relax and do what they love. So there is no crew to put them off and no director telling them what to do. Up Close: Filmed in the studio as a montage of mostly very close compositions, highlighting the subtle changes that happen during masturbation and offering the most detailed view possible. From the subtle stiffening of a nipple to intense pelvic contractions, you won't miss a thing! Video Diary: We give the girl/lady a high-def camcorder to take home, and over the space of several weeks she documents her masturbation, while giving us insight into what's happening in her life. These are fascinating and often very intimate videos. Lucubrations: It's a big word but not as scary as it sounds; these are indepth interviews with the ladies in which they talk frankly about all sorts of things, including of course sex, masturbation, and orgasm. Loose Ends: Sometimes while filming for IFM we happen to capture sexy, pretty, hot or otherwise interesting footage which doesn't include masturbation to orgasm, but you'll want to see it anyway so we put it here :) + What are Media Settings in 'My IFM'?
This relates only to the older videos, which can be played in a separate window instead of downloading. As you browse the site you will notice that some videos don't have the text links for the various download formats. They have a single DL button. You can click the image to play the video or right-click (option-click on a Mac) to download. The file format you receive will depend on your Media Setting in 'My IFM'. The setting can also be changed from the player window. This has no effect on the newer, widescreen videos released after May 09.
+ How can I download faster?
The speed at which you can download is a combination of many factors. We have servers located in the USA and in Europe on fast connections and running way under capacity. In 'My IFM' you can run a test that will determine which server is better for you, and connect you straight to that. If you experience a sudden loss of download speed, the most likely cause is a network blockage somewhere between you and us. These problems affect all web sites occasionally, are beyond the webmaster's control, and generally resolve themselves within a day or so. If you log in from a different computer through a different service provider, you'll likely find the speed is normal. If the problem persists you can raise the issue with your service provider or use the support form to let us know, and we can give you instructions to manually connect to the alternate server.
You may find a Download Manager increases your speed, slightly. + Are there download limits? Can I use a download manager?
You can use a download manager of the type that requires you to enter links and queue them for download. They are also useful for picking up downloads that are cut off by a dropped connection. We can't offer support for download managers, you would need to seek that from the software vendor.
What is disallowed is the use of spiders, crawlers or bots, that is, programs which crawl through the site looking for links to download. The obvious reason we don't allow this is because you will end up with 5 copies of each video and our servers would be unnecessarily overloaded. To prevent this, we have a cap of 5Gb per day, which is enough to download many movies and is well within the terms of 'fair use' of the site. + Accessing the Forum
You are automatically enrolled in the Forum, but you need to log in separately from the main site, with the same username and password. If you find you can't enter the Forum please use the Help Form to let us know and we'll add you manually.
+ How do I get a refund?
Please refer to our Terms of Use here. Under our Easy Cancel Guarantee, if you email us (using the Help form) within a few days of being rebilled and you haven't used your account, we can give you a refund.
+ I want to submit a Support ticket
Please use the Support form once you have been through the Help and are unable to find the solution there. Our support is responsive and helpful providing you give the correct information and a detailed description of your problem. If you ask a question that is answered here in the Help section you may not get a reply. The Support form can NOT be used to cancel rebills or update your account information, that is done at the sites of the billing providers (links are elsewhere in the Help). You can open a support ticket HERE.
+ I have submitted a Support ticket but not getting an answer
We answer all genuine help enquiries within 24 hours, usually much less. If you didn't hear back from us this could be because:
Server time is currently 22:35 |
The integrated Flash video player only provides medium quality playback so you can preview the video before deciding whether to download it in a higher quality format, using the links provided under the player. We offer 5 downloadable options; choose High Definition if you have a fast connection, or medium quality if you have limited speed.
The MP4 versions are the highest quality, using the latest h.264 encoding technique. If you have Windows, we recommend you install the free VLC video player below, and download the MP4 files. For M ac users, they will play in Quicktime. We do not recommend the use of Quicktime in Windows as the video may 'stutter'. The WMV versions in medium and high quality are provided for Windows users who prefer to use the Windows Media Player.
To get the video, right-click on the link for the version you want, and choose 'Save Target As...' or 'Save Link As...' then navigate to the folder where you want it saved. (If you have a Mac, you click on the link while holding down the Control key, and select 'Download link to disk'.) You'll get a progress window which will tell you when download is complete.
To play the video, locate it on your hard drive. If you double click on it, your computer will attempt to play it in your default video player.
Installing the VLC Player
During installation, you will be able to make this your default player for various file types. You only need to select MP4. We don't recommend that you select 'all'. After installation, you can change the preferred player for this type of file if you right-click on the file, select 'open with', tick the box 'always use the selected program to open this kind of file' then click on the player you want to use.
